Establish key contacts with key officials in the public and private sectors and main working relationships in the execution of duties and represent First Citizens at external meetings.
Create tools to build technical capacity within department and to improve effectiveness of output by identifying manual processes to automate and recommend new service offerings to clients to generate fee income.
Prepare and authorize periodic publications that are investment-related and conduct internal presentations on relevant topics to help build technical capacity with the Group.
Create detailed financial models and industry databases to aid in the decision making on investment recommendations, through extensive research into financial modelling and recommending new methodologies
Perform all other duties, assignments and special projects as assigned by Head, First Citizens Research & Analytics.
Prepare comprehensive reports and make recommendations for investments with regards to risk, return and suitability by analyzing investment opportunities, producing frequent and proactive recommendations to clients
Maintain and coordinate research portfolio of recommendations to trace and measure individual performance and to compare returns over research-produced benchmarks.
Conduct research into specific industries/ sectors with regards to demand, supply and competitiveness as well as performs research into specific securities (equity, fixed income, etc.)
