As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in AAA's HR team, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees alike. Your expertise will guide strategic and operational HR efforts, including employee relations, employee experience, talent acquisition, talent management, and compliance. You’ll collaborate closely with departments across the organization to drive AAA’s People Strategy forward, supporting both immediate goals and long-term objectives. Together, we’ll shape a people-centered HR function that empowers employees and strengthens our organization.
Main responsibilities include:
- Partner with management to nurture, develop, and retain top talent, facilitating career growth and engagement.
- Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and HR policies, providing guidance and best practices to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to attract and onboard high-caliber candidates who align with AAA’s values.
- Identify opportunities for skill-building and growth across teams, recommending learning solutions that enhance our workforce.
- Track and analyze HR data to inform strategic decisions, drive continuous improvement, and stay current with emerging HR trends and practices to enhance the overall impact of HR initiatives.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication of HR initiatives and policies across the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives that align with and support organizational goals and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in HR roles
- Strong expertise in HR processes, including case management and process optimization
- Knowledge of Aruban labor laws and industry best practices
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and drive critical projects
- Approachable communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to connect to employees at all levels of the organization
