Job Purpose

Heritage Petroleum Company Limited (Heritage) is recruiting candidates for our 2025-2027 Graduate Training Programme.

Key Accountabilities

Trainees will benefit from progressive work experiences, development of core competencies and opportunities to practice innovative ideas and approaches.

We will be recruiting and selecting graduates in the following disciplines:

Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Process, Reservoir and Petroleum)
Geoscience
Commercial
Information Technology
Health, Safety and Environment
Law
Procurement

Location

Penal / Santa Flora / Point Fortin

Job Specifications

To be eligible for our Graduate Training Programme you must:

Be a national of Trinidad and Tobago
Possess a minimum of a first degree from a recognised and accredited university or educational institution, with a minimum GPA of 3.5, in a course of study relevant to Heritage’s business operations
Have graduated within the last two (2) years
Have no more than two (2) years' working experience
