The incumbent will be responsible for providing technical support to support the Branches/Units to maintain the branding and image of First Citizens' properties by effectively and efficiently keeping the Group's premises and equipment in a satisfactory operating condition, and successfully coordinating facility projects throughout the network while ensuring Business Continuity. The incumbent will be charged with collaborating and communication with the following key stakeholders while being highly cognizant of ethics and compliance, risks and performance: Group Business Continuity Unit, Group Health and Safety Unit, Information Communication Technology Unit, Security Services Unit, Group Sourcing and Procurement Unit, Internal Customers, Vendors, Suppliers, Contractors, Consultants, Utilities and Regulatory Agencies.
•EDUCATION: Five (5) GCE O' Level A or B or C or Five (5) CXC Level I, II or III passes of which Mathematics and English Language must be at Level I or II and one (1) Science subject.
•EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two (2) years experience in Facilities Management of which one (1) year must be at a supervisory level
