THIS ROLE IS ON A CONTRACTUAL BASIS

What is the opportunity?

In this role you will be responsible for providing professional, attentive and accurate transactional banking services to business and personal clients and performing moderately complex transactional and ancillary services.

What will you do?

  • Process work volumes and provide consistent service within established benchmarks contributing to achievement of business Client Service Commitments and Service Level Agreements
  • Respond to customers by identifying needs, offering value added advice, opportunity-spotting and by taking personal accountability for the resolution of customer concerns
  • Act as a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive optimal service at a level that meets or exceeds their individual financial needs, personally or referring them to the appropriate sales individual or alternate channel
  • Ensure all documents/data are examined for completeness and accuracy, and take appropriate steps to correct for client with focus on timeliness
  • Identify and recommend solutions to recurring errors and servicing gaps to Reporting Officer
  • Take ownership of client concerns, building ownership and accountability at first point of contact and refer to manager where required
  • Ensure adherence to Global Information Risk Management framework and Global Compliance mandated policies and procedures

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Sound knowledge of Cash & Custody requirements folios
  • Sound knowledge of the Bank’s policies and procedures, products & services
  • Good knowledge of all circulars and folios relating to responsibilities including Money Laundering, Privacy, Negotiation of Items
  • Good cash management skills
  • Strong commitment to quality service
  • High degree of accuracy & sense of urgency
  • Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast paced environment

Nice-to-have

  • Certificate in Management or related discipline or equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of related applications and tools with a willingness to familiarize self with other (sometimes emerging) applications and systems
