Purpose:
Coordinate logistics operations by liaising with market operations teams, supply team, business lines, consultants/contractors and other stakeholders to seamlessly execute asset integrity activities. Ensure timely processing of necessary permits, logistics and coordination of resources.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Take a leadership role in HSE demonstrating commitment to Safety through personal engagement exhibiting a culture of care in all projects and stakeholders.
• Lead coordination with contractors, asset integrity team, market operations teams, supply chain, business lines, and other relevant stakeholders for alignment on logistics plans and schedules, such as taking storage tanks out of service (OOS).
• Ensure that all necessary work permits and Permits to Work (PTWs) are processed in a timely manner to facilitate inspection and maintenance activities. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure that permits are submitted, reviewed, and approved within the required timeframes.
• Support monitoring of contractor performance for adherence to planned schedules. Optimize work schedules to support smooth execution of inspection and maintenance activities to avoid disruptions to operations.
• Promptly address logistical challenges such as scheduling, resource, or permit-related issues that may arise, working closely with stakeholders to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including schedules, permits, contractor time allocations, and any changes. Provide regular reports to management and stakeholders on the status of ongoing activities.
• Support and lead asset integrity activities from initial stages of scoping, planning, budgeting (FEED), liaise with Procurement for RFPs, procuring to execution, review, and close out.
• Support Engineering Project Manager as may be needed with budget tracking; detailed project timelines; reporting and constant engagement with Sol stakeholders and management to provide full visibility of progress; review contractor and supplier invoices.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics coordination and propose and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency.
• Other duties as required and assigned.

Qualification Requirements:
• Degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering or similar.
• A minimum of 3 years of logistics work experience.
• Working knowledge of the petroleum industry is preferred.
• Experience in project management, engineering, procurement/supply chain or related fields.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to liaise across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in scheduling, time management, and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve scheduling or resource conflicts effectively.

• Ability to communicate effectively (written, verbal) and deliver professional presentations.

Other Information:
In addition to basic salary the successful applicant shall receive applicable job grade allowances and be eligible to participate in The Sol Group Pension Scheme and its non-contributory Group Health and Life Insurance Scheme. Travel will be required.
